The shorts carry an asymmetrical stripe that runs into an outline of the state of Indiana. Inside that outline is the Pacers' secondary 'P' logo and a star marking the location of Indianapolis. The front tag carries the phrase 'Boom Baby!', a signature call from legendary broadcaster Bobby 'Slick' Leonard.
This marks a return to a classic look. The Pacers first introduced pinstripes in 1997, worn by Reggie Miller, Rik Smits, and Jalen Rose during four Eastern Conference finals runs and their trip to the 2000 NBA Finals.
How are the uniforms connected to NBA 2K27?
The team's July 2025 sponsorship deal with Lucas Oil specifically included branding on both the video game and the new uniforms. 2K Sports opened early access to NBA 2K27 on August 26 at 9 a.m. PT for players who purchased the Deluxe or Ultra editions.
